3. Account Registration
To use our Service, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your email address, Instagram username, and access credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

5. Instagram Account Responsibility

- You are solely responsible for your Instagram account

- GWO Labs is not liable for any actions taken by Instagram against your account
- We make every effort to comply with Instagram's terms, but cannot guarantee immunity from platform changes
6. Payment and Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our Service within the first 30 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting support@gwolabs.com.
After the 30-day period, refunds may be issued at our discretion on a pro-rata basis for unused service time.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@gwolabs.com. Upon cancellation:
- All automated actions on your account will cease immediately
- Your Instagram credentials will be permanently deleted
- Any unused subscription time may be refunded on a pro-rata basis
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GWO Labs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GWO Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service's reliability, accuracy, or availability. We do not guarantee specific follower counts, engagement rates, or growth outcomes.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
